Because our cards are often handmade or made to order, we handle returns with special care:

1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only for damaged or incorrect items.
2. Condition: Items must be unused and in original condition.
3. Personalized Orders: Customized cards are non-refundable unless damaged upon arrival.
